Dr. Alexander passes away at the age of 95
Esteemed Loma Linda University giant of whole person care, Wilber Alexander, PhD, ’93-hon, passed away November 16, 2016. The School of Medicine reported the following:
“He redefined spiritually-based care, starting with his patient-centered approach that began decades ago and eventually became a model for health care systems worldwide. Dr. Alexander was professor of Family Medicine in the School of Medicine and emeritus professor of Relational Studies in the School of Religion. His impact is indelible.”
